Because fireworks are a regulated product and demand adult supervision when using them, we have several Terms and Conditions that we place on the sale of our fireworks. When you buy fireworks from us, you agree to and accept all of the Terms and Conditions set forth in this section.
1. Our merchandise is sold only with the agreement that you
will obey all pertinent laws, including Federal, State, County,
City, and other local laws. A summary of the laws that regulate
fireworks in your State can be found on our website by clicking
here. Sorry but NO fireworks will be sold to Massachusetts residents
without a copy of a permit faxed to us and a copy of your driver's
licenses.
2. When purchasing fireworks from Ultimate Fireworks, you agree to
indemnify and hold harmless Ultimate Fireworks from any and all
legal consequences, damages, or fees arising from the
transportation, storage, handling, sale, and/or use of fireworks.
Only you are responsible for your actions.
3. We try to maintain accurate records on our inventory so that we
know what we have in stock all the time. This information is
actively updated on our website each day. In the event an item is
out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of
equal or greater value.
4. You must be 18 years old to purchase fireworks. By submitting
your order with Ultimate Fireworks, you certify that you are at
least 18 years of age.
5. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We
require the zip code that your card is billed to, and the
three-digit security code that is printed in the signature block on
the back of your card.
6. While we have invested a considerable amount of time verifying
the data on our website, we are not responsible for errors or
omissions on our website. If you find an error, or believe something
